The Bollywood strike has been going on for quite some time now. It's affecting some of the most awaited films of the summer, causing them to delay or scrap release dates. The delays that the strike has caused have been accumulating since the beginning of April and now it's affecting debut newcomer Jakky Bhagnani.
The strike originated between the producers of Bollywood movies and multiplex cinemas and when news stations announced that the strike was over, many producers have come out to say that there are still delays. Jakky Bhagnani's 'Kal Kissne Dekha' seems to be the movie that has been the most affected by the strike.
Citing the strike from Bollywood producers as the cause, Vashnu Bhagnani has delayed the release of the movie 'Kal Kissne Dekha'. The movie was set to to come out on May 29th, but will no longer hold to this date due to the strike. The delays have been felt by many films including the highly anticipated John Abraham movie 'New York', Akshay Kumar's 'Kambhakt Ishq' and 'Blue'.
Jakky Bhagnani (Vashu Bhagnani's son) has had to move the release date to sometime in July. Meanwhile, Vashnu Bhagnani confirmed that "Yes, Kal Kissne Dekha is not arriving on May 29. I've decided to release the film after two or three weeks. I just hope that a solution comes out in a couple of days."
