Katie Holmes might be doing all that she can to get photographed out and about in New York with Suri while the Tom Cruise divorce saga rages on.

But we didn't quite expect her to show off THIS much of herself.
The 'Dawson's Creek' star headed out to for a girly day of fun with daughter Suri yesterday - and managed to have a fashion fail moment in a deep backless top.

But the 33-year-old clearly had other things to worry about yesterday as Tom Cruise's lawyers hit back at her team, accusing them of playing the media.
High profile lawyer Bert Fields told BBC Radio 1's Newsbeat: "We are letting 'the other side' [Katie's camp] play the media until they wear everyone out and then we'll have something to say.
"Tactically we can't say where Tom will file a divorce case and if he'll be seeking joint custody of Suri. It's not Tom's style to do this publicly. He is really sad about what's happening."
Katie has been photographed out and about with Suri lots this week - food shopping and going for ice cream.

Yesterday the pair visited the 'Children's Museum of the Arts' and she had a tea party for the six-year-old at 'Alice's Tea Cup' with a load of friends.
The group were seen emerging from the restaurant with shopping bags. Katie had a smile on her face but her daughter shied away from the paps and looked tired.
Meanwhile an ELLE magazine interview just weeks before the split seems to have hinted at her change in attitude towards her marriage.
She said: "[My husband] has been Tom Cruise for 30 years. I know who I am and where I am and where I want to go, so I want to focus on that."
