TOWIE's Maria Fowler showed off more flesh than she bargained for last night as she hit London town last night.

The Only Way Is Essex star suffered a wardrobe malfunction on a night out at swanky Nobu in Mayfair.

She tweeted: "My dress has ripped up the back like where the split goes whole bums out #fail".
She instantly assured followers that she was indeed wearing PANTS - but her thong was clear to see as she made her way across London.
She posted: "Course I have knickers on lmfao."
But after struggling to hide her naked bottom from the paps, Maria saw the funny side and tweeted that she and her mate had headed on to Stringfellows where they'd be right at home.
She posted: "Just realised I look like a maid in that. How am I gonna get out of the cab I front of Paps hahha oh well let's go stringfellows #IllFitIn"

The 25-year-ikd hit back at followers who called her a slut for walking around London with her backside hanging out.
She tweeted: "Oh come on lol hardly a slut lol it's a bum. The GBP need to chill out. It's a BUM!My dress ripped. It's banter. U shud see wot Im gna post"

And despite posting Twitpic of her naked bottom, she later removed it and replaced it with a picture of her mate, glamour model Gemma Massey.
She posted: "For all the bores who hate my ass pic u can kiss @ladygemmamassey ass."
Gemma happily deflected attention away from her friend - by lifting her own pink dress above her knickers, showing off her bum.

And although we reckon Maria coped far better than we would ever have done in this FASH FAIL scenario, she didn't think so.
She posted: "Grrr so annoyed my dress ripped last night. tried to style it out but failed."
"Ar I deleted my bum pic by mistake boo. Well I tried to dress demure and look what happens. Some things are just not meant to be."
We reckon she styled it out rather nicely...
