Ever since Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra began filming 'Kaminey' and started hanging out together, the media, fans and gossip magazines have gone wild with rumors of a hook up. Whether it's true or not is something entirely different. It's no secret that Bollywood gossip watchers love to romantically pair up any two actors that are working together, single or taken (this can't be good for married people). Take Shahid Kapoor for example. He has been linked to past co-stars Amrita Rao and Vidya Balan when in both instances there was nothing there. In fact, the only co-star he's actually admitted to dating is Kareena Kapoor.
In the case of Priyanka Chopra though, something does seem a bit different. The two have been hanging out quite a bit and have been spotted at a bunch of different occasions, but have always stayed away from each other when paparazzi was around (except of course when DH! cameras caught them leaving a party together!). Then there's Priyanka Chopra's hospital stay where Shahid Kapoor spent the whole day with her, plus his parents even stopped by for a visit! But alas, neither Priyanka nor Shahid have said anything about their relationship, until now!
Shahid Kapoor was quoted as saying this in a newpaper, "Priyanka and I are good friends. However, people have been jumping the gun. If we take our relationship further, I may talk about it; but people are in a rush to link us together."
Could this be love in the air (or just pollen)? But it sounds like there could already be something brewing and Shahid Kapoor is trying to work his magic by reeling in Priyanka Chopra (Or he's just trying to shut the tabloids up)! Let the boy work his charm and magic on Priyanka Chopra before the press starts linking them together. Hey, at least he's saying there's a possibility of taking their relationship further!
