Rani Mukherji Makes a Fit Comeback

Yoga with Rani MukherjiOh-oh! Bollywood superstar Rani Mukherji is back and looking good!


The actress was once considered the "It" girl in B-town. With films like "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai," and "Black," Rani Mukherji took the industry by storm. Since 2007 however, Miss Mukherji has been in the background while new Bollywood starlets like Deepika Padukone and Asin have taken over the silver screen. Now Rani is ready to make her comeback! Starring in the upcoming movie "Dil Bole Hadippa!" the actress sure knows how to adapt to stay at the top of her game.


And if you want to be a leading lady in B-town in this day and age, you better have a six- pack to accompany your acting skills! So Rani had to say goodbye to her curves and hello to yoga in order to make a comeback with a splashing new hot body! When she began her workout on April 16th of last year, she weighed 123 lbs. Today she only weighs 108 lbs.


So what are the secrets behind this fitness magic?


Rani Mukherji linked up with yoga expert Payal Gidwani who came up with a routine including simple cardio exercises like walking up and down stairs and a series of yoga poses to help improve her breathing technique.


The results are amazing and Rani Mukherji is ready for her comeback!
