Code Red's got a new song out and for this one, he's brought Binder Bajwa along for the ride! Their latest single, "Yaad Yaar Ne" will be out in its entirety this week. Code Red and Binder Bajwa are representing Toronto and Edmonton, Canada, respectively, but their music is Desi to the core, so they're putting out some music that every bhangra fan can enjoy.
Keep your eyes open for Code Red's album coming out this summer called "Code of the Streets" on Sugar Kane Records. If it's anything like this song, it has to be on your short list of albums to buy. He plans on going out on tour this summer as well so get used to the lyrics if you want to sing them out loud on stage whenever he comes through your town. If you were a fan of "Kuriyan Toh Bachkeh" featuring Labh Janjua and the hit anthem "Pegg" featuring Jeeta, then Code Red and Binder Bajwa will make it 3 for 3 with "Yaad Yaar Ne."
This is a nice little follow up from Binder Bajwa after his debut album, aptly titled "Finally" which was released in stores earlier this year. If you haven't heard that album, maybe this song will have you wanting to hear more from him. Code Red produced that album, so if this is new to you, think of this as a nice little preview for what will be in store for your ears when your search for more Binder Bajwa music.
