From his success as a songwriter as well as a vocal collaborator, Des-C has been creating quite a buzz on the music scene with his talent. It's now his turn to shine with the release of his solo album "First Flight." Does Des-C have what it takes to make it big? Let's take a look at the contributions Des- C has already made in the industry.
Des-C got his first big break in 2007 when he co-wrote the song 'Move Your Body' from the film "Johnny Gaddaar." However, before he went on his solo career path, Des-C was part of Mentor Kolektiv where he had seen success. Des-C's ability to tell a story through lyrics and different language sets him apart in the industry.
Following his previous successes, Des-C was featured on the tracks 'Majajne' and 'Flipmode' off Rishi Rich's album "The Project" in 2006. Des-C has also collaborated with D-Boy on his album "Playback Vol.1" on tracks such as 'Tu Bataja' and 'U Need a Hero'. From his album, 'First Flight' we have heard 2 singles, Tor Nagni and Nachna Onda. Both tracks have a bhangra vibe.
With all his contributions to the Desi music industry, Des-C is being recognized by fellow Urban Desi and Bhangra artists, as well as Bollywood composers such as Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Let's see how his solo album 'First Flight' does in July.
