Himesh Reshammiya Will Play a Radio Jockey

Himesh Reshammiya may have been exhausted after filming 'Karzzzz,' but he has hardly withdrawn
from the movie scene. After finishing a large chunk of John Mathew Mathan's ' A Love Issshtory,' he
is ready to move on to a next project. In this new project titled 'Radio' Himesh Reshammiya will
playing a radio jockey.

'Radio' is set to be produced by Ravi Agarwal and directed by Isshaan Trivedi. The movie responsible
for Trivedi's fame is 7 1/2 Phere, which starred Irrfan Khan and Juhi Chawla. Upon confirmation of the
role Himesh Reshammiya commented, "Yes, I have signed the film with Isshaan Trivedi. The film is a
romantic comedy and would bear a realistic touch."

The shooting schedule for 'Radio' is said to be long, spanning 60 days, which begin on May 25th. This
shouldn't be too bad for Himesh Reshammiya once you realize that his last movie 'Ishk Unplugged,'
which was directed by Swapna Joshi took 65 days to shoot. When realizing this Reshammiya says,
"After completing Studio 18's 'Ishk Unplugged' on a 65 days non-stop schedule, I am moving on to
another non-stop schedule for Ravi Agarwal's Radio. I am enjoying every moment."

The project of 'Radio' is a stark contrast to Isshan Trivedi's last project, because unlike the last movie,
which was centered on a television. 'Radio' uses a radio (obviously) as an integral part of the film.
'Radio' won't be the last movie that we see Himesh Reshammiya in. On top of 'Radio' and 'Ishk
Unplugged' Himesh Reshammiya will also be starring in 'A Love Issshtory' and 'Kajraare' (which people
believed to be discontinued). A trade insider also has more to add, "In fact Himesh leaves for Devigad
on April 25th for the last schedule of this Pooja Bhatt film."

Himesh Reshammiya also appears to be very confident in his role of 'Radio.' So confident that a source
believes said Himesh is so, "Super-confident of his films, he truly believes that recession in the film
industry will end with releases of these films." If he really said this there's a good chance that Himesh
Reshammiya has some sort of deity complex.
