We have told you about Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu's new film "Aa Dekhen Zara" which is due out in late March. Well everyone in Bollywood is coming out with new ways to promote their films, stepping away from traditionalism. Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu are no different, they decided at their movie's music showcase, they would get on stage and join in the action. The company Eros International, helped in launching the band ADZ Rising at Enigma, Marriott in Mumbai on February 27th.
The film's music director Gourav Dasgupta is also the band's leader. We all know that Neil Nitin Mukesh added some vocals to at least one song on the film's soundtrack, so it's no surprise that they were so comfortable on stage.
The band ADZ Rising is actually a marketing initiative that was the mastermind of Gourav Dasgupta and producer Viki Rajani. ADZ Rising will travel to key locations performing and promoting the film. Producer Viki Rajani even had a few words to add about the performance, the band and cast "At Eros, we constantly endeavor to create a buzz around our releases through innovations as these to break the clutter around the numerous film releases.
What better than a launch of a sensational and talented band like ADZ Rising led by the music director himself to promote the film's music and I must say the band along with my cast did a fabulous job at the performance".
The actors themselves had a few kind words to add to their director's views. Neil Nitin Mukesh told sources "I had the time of my life...performing live in front of a fantastic audience. I am really excited to be a part of this film and these unique promotions by Eros.
The music has been receiving very positive response and I am looking forward to joining the band during the club trail across the country".
While Bipasha Basu felt that "Eros has not just given a chance to new talent in the form of songs in the film but also had such a lavish launch for them and given them such a big platform to showcase their talent. ADZ Rising comprises of talented musicians and I had a fantastic time...[and] love the new singer Dibyendu's voice."
